A mysterious, off‑the‑beaten‑path spot that’s still under the radar, offering a moment of peace and a taste of medieval life. The pillows were too soft, and the cotton duvet felt too hot when covered, but left uncovered it was chilly.

The Japanese‑style old house was indeed rare; the shower’s water‑sealing was excellent, preventing any leakage into dry areas. Ants were a serious issue, and the cleaning staff didn’t do a thorough job—when I checked in, the bedroom door was open and there were blankets and pillows inside, which I couldn’t understand because the cleaning crew had apparently left it unfinished.

The activity area is spacious, clean, and private, making it perfect for relaxing and vacationing. There's nothing truly unsatisfactory, but you have to prepare all your own dinners and breakfasts; a simple breakfast option or even a coffee for guests would have made it even better.
