The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and always willing to help. The location is excellent and definitely one of its strongest points. Overall, a decent option if you’re looking for an affordable place in a great location, but there are some areas that could be improved. We stayed on the ground floor, and unfortunately, the neighbors were quite noisy at night, which made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom had a strong sewage smell and also flooded. We informed the staff, and they promptly sent a technician who fixed the flooding issue. However, unfortunately, the sewage smell remained. The Wi-Fi was also quite weak and unreliable. That said, considering the price, the hotel is not bad at all
The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. My ferry was cancelled, and they kindly rescheduled my booking for the next day. The rooms are lovely, spacious, cool, and clean, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. The complimentary breakfast is tasty. The vibe is relaxed and chill, with fewer rules than some other hotels. I can’t really fault the place; the street is a bit noisy early in the morning, waking me up slightly. If I owned it, I’d plant a few big shady trees in front of the balcony to block the hot sun.

Smart TV works, the internet is good, and the location is great—everything’s centered so you don’t need a taxi to get anywhere. There’s a laundromat and a bank a short walk from the hotel, close to the main island tour departures. The air‑conditioning is excellent, and on the balcony there’s a clothes‑drying rack that’s a real plus, no hassles. The room has plenty of lighting and space. The only downside is no fridge; some talk about noise, but in the city center all hotels are similarly noisy. There are no bars or clubs below the hotel, so nights are relatively quiet; the entrance display doesn’t really block motorcycle noise, but that’s the only sound you’ll hear. If you’re a light sleeper, it might bother you. Most hotels have sealed rooms, and this one does too.
