The bed, the TV area and the jacuzzi were good, but the bathroom door was made of glass and didn't close properly, there was no hand soap, and the whole room was lit with vintage lighting that was often insufficient when needed.

It’s very close to Santa Fe de Antioquia’s historic center, which is a big plus, and the staff were very good; thanks. The room’s comfort and the jacuzzi were lacking.

The lack of a restaurant or food area, the street noise, and the bathroom type—since it’s built into the room and only separated by glass panels—are drawbacks.
