Cleanliness, a balcony in each room and a shared kitchen, each room had its own kitchenette, wardrobe and fridge, 20 minutes on foot to the sea, 12 minutes to the train station.

The place was spotless and exactly as described. Rooms were cleaned regularly, and towels and bedding were swapped out. The linens and towels were perfectly white. Each room had its own kitchen panel and fridge, all lockable. The shared washing machine and electric dryer were available for use, and the laundry area served three rooms. The air‑conditioning worked flawlessly, and there were external blackout blinds. The building had an elevator up to the fourth floor. The location was ideal, close to a big supermarket and local pizzerias and cafés. The beach was reachable by walking along the river or by public transport (a stop nearby). The only inconvenience was that the capsule coffee machine’s pods couldn’t be found in the shop throughout our stay, and the building next door sold coffee, which was the sole minor drawback.

The apartment was a sleek, modern spot in a stylish Italian building split into smaller units, each with its own bathroom and a shared kitchen. Every room came with a private balcony, fridge, and stove, plus cookware, an oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Plenty of wardrobes, a drying rack, hair dryer, good air‑conditioning, blinds, and comfy beds were all there. Francesca, the owner, and her colleagues were very friendly, calming us in the room a few times and swapping towels. Towels were offered in three sizes – small, medium, and large. We always ate breakfast on the balcony. A large hypermarket with a wide food selection was nearby, and the train station and airport bus stop were about a 10‑minute walk. The only downside was that the accommodation was roughly 20 minutes on foot from the beach and about 15 minutes from the city center, which didn’t bother us but might be a consideration if you don’t like walking.
The room was modern and well‑furnished, with a shared common area that gave each room its own sink, kitchen utensils, and fridge. The host was very dedicated, answering any request promptly, even before arrival. The property is about a 15‑minute walk from Pescara train station, and nearby you’ll find a café, a supermarket, and various eateries.
