The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special - they even surprised us with prosecco, flowers, and chocolates on Valentine's Day. We also had a bit of a problem with our luggage being too heavy, but they kindly sent it back to us via post the next day. The resort itself is beautiful, but we were there during the off-season, so it felt a bit neglected.
