The place felt warm and spotless, and the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly. I loved the quiet vibe, which made the whole visit enjoyable. The only hiccup was the small terrace—adding a table and chair made it feel cramped. Other than that, I had a great time and would definitely return.

We booked the newly refurbished room and it lived up to the hype. The meals were solid, especially the included dinner, and we had a blast hiking, tennis, and unwinding at the spa. The staff were kind and attentive. The tennis court could use a touch of upkeep, but it didn’t ruin our fun.

The room was roomy, clean, and had a balcony overlooking the mountains—perfect for a quiet evening. The hotel offered separate wellness areas for adults and families, and breakfast was plentiful and varied. However, the carpet everywhere felt dated, and the bathroom’s old‑school design made using the bidet awkward. Dinner was an extra on the first night, not on the menu, and the menu itself was pretty bland. Also, there’s no electric car charging spot.

The hotel was solid overall. Breakfast was tasty and varied, and the parking was ample even when the hotel was full. The staff responded well to our requests. The only downside was the lack of ventilation and air conditioning in the room—something you’d expect at a four‑star property. Luckily, all the windows were operable.
