I didn’t like any part of this hotel. The staff are rude. The neighbours are noisy, they use a grinding machine at 6 am up to one hour. I woke up early because I was going to work, and I’m here for a short vacation. We couldn’t relax!!! It’s better to sleep on the street and pay nothing than to pay in this shitty hotel. I’ve been to many hotels in Europe and this is my worst experience ever. They said message them on WhatsApp but until we checked out after 3 nights still no reply; they don’t even read my complaints.
