I had a truly disastrous experience with this hotel. Initially, they rejected my booking, and when I did manage to secure a room, they asked me to pay double due to bad weather. Despite the hefty price, I was left without even the basic amenities, including a bottle of water, which I had specifically requested. The whole experience was a nightmare, and I'll never be using this platform again.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at this hotel, where I found a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room itself was immaculately maintained, boasting a tranquil atmosphere that made it easy to unwind and get a good night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of exceptional.
