The building is a historic landmark recognized by the Veneto region, originally built in the 1930s and repeatedly renovated and expanded; it’s located in Fracanzana and is easily reachable from the state road, with a spacious, well‑maintained outdoor parking lot, an excellent restaurant and bar on the ground floor, and on the upper floors rooms with a recent theme‑based renovation that are roomy, bright, spotless, fully equipped, and perfectly sound‑proofed, with a truly comfortable bed that deserves praise. Simone is extremely kind and friendly, a very pleasant and knowledgeable motorsport enthusiast, self‑taught architect who also handled the building’s renovation, and he has curated a stunning collection of art, memories, models, LEGO sets, and memorabilia in the common areas—a small museum that you simply can’t miss. Nothing to complain about; everything was impeccable.
