“The hotel was closed despite accepting confirmed reservations through Booking.com.”
I arrived to find the hotel completely shut down, even though my reservation was confirmed and the building looked abandoned for a long time; it’s alarming that the property is still listed and taking bookings. The experience was utterly disappointing because the hotel was closed, yet it appeared available; I only realized this upon arrival, forcing me to scramble for alternative lodging at the last minute, which wasted time and added stress. The operator should confirm the status and remove the listing if the hotel isn’t operating to spare other guests the same ordeal.

The location is ideal for city exploration, the décor feels modern, and all the amenities are top quality. The staff spoke little English, but they went out of their way to help us understand, showing genuine kindness and willingness to assist; using a translation app would help, though it’s not a fault of the hotel—we managed to work through the language barrier together.

The spot is right in the middle of town and the staff were friendly, plus they threw in supper and free use of washing machines. We stayed twice on the trip, but it was only during the second check‑in that we learned about the facilities.
Very nice and comfortable hotel. What truly stood out was the staff — everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely supportive. You made us feel very welcome and well taken care of, and that made a real difference to our experience. Thank you for the great service, the positive atmosphere, and the care you put into what you do. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be more than happy to return and recommend your hotel to others
