The structure is very close to Ubud and easily reachable by scooter. The staff were truly very helpful and hospitable. Our bungalow was near the road, so it was noisy from early in the morning.

The property was very clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and ready to help if needed. The pool area was calm and relaxing. Getting a taxi to and from the hotel was easy, and it’s about a 20‑minute ride to Ubud market and bars.

A very warm and attentive staff greeted us, even staying up until 1 am to handle our late check‑in. When the AC failed, they fixed it right away, and when a Vespa crashed into our room they rushed over to help. Every day they sent a message asking if we wanted the room cleaned to avoid any inconvenience. The pool was nice and often empty. On the downside, the rooster on the neighboring property woke us up every morning at 3 or 4 am, making it impossible to sleep. The cabin had no sound insulation, so we could hear the roosters and the neighbors in the adjacent cabin. Because it’s wooden, it got too hot; the AC stopped twice but was promptly repaired by the attentive team. Construction is happening right behind the accommodation, so workers are everywhere during the day, looking over the pool and leaving construction debris. I also saw plastic bottles and bags near the site, which detracted from the experience. The rooms could have been cleaned better, and my two‑storey cabin had a steep, hard‑to‑reach staircase with no handrail.

We booked the room with the private pool, and it was cleaned daily along with the room itself. The fridge and all necessary toiletries were provided, and the beds were comfortable and the room looked very nice. The bathroom could use improvement: after the shower the entire bathroom was drenched, and it opened on two sides letting in many insects and amphibians. The bathroom door didn’t slide smoothly, but that’s an easy fix. Some staff spoke English, but it was sometimes hard to explain what we needed.
