The location was perfect for quick trips to the airport and day tours, and the hotel offered every comfort you could need, with a wide selection of excellent food that was often a bit too spicy. The staff were overly attentive – dozens of employees kept popping in to greet me, ask how I was doing, and the waiters would check every two minutes if I wanted a drink, snatching plates before I could finish the last bite, which was far from relaxing. I also had an unpleasant incident in the last two days when the beverage attendant entered my room while I was in bed after lunch, and again the next morning while I was in the bathroom. The air‑conditioning was noisy and hard to adjust, probably because it’s old; even on the lowest setting the room felt like a wind tunnel unless I turned it off completely. Finally, the entertainment could use improvement, it was barely decent.
