We didn’t like a single thing – it was a disaster. The night before we got a text from Kay Sun asking us to confirm because they were swamped with requests, so we did. When we got there, the rooms were still in use that day, probably by guests from a wedding across the street. The beds were left on, uneven, the slippers and furniture were shuffled, empty glasses scattered, and the floor was filthy. The supervisor tried to spin excuses, first saying the rooms were ours, then changing his story and sending us to other rooms in the same mess. He was utterly unprofessional. We left immediately and had to scramble for another place, eventually finding one on bookings.com. Don’t stay here – the service is awful.

The hot water worked not just in the shower but also at the sink. The view was beautiful, the rooms comfortable, the staff kind, professional, and helpful, and the food was good.
