The breakfast and the idea of isolated rooms still meet expectations very well, and the food and drinks served are excellent in both quality and quantity, offering great value for money. However, after having stayed here several times before, I was very disappointed this time; the place that used to be a reference for tranquility (which is why I recommended it for a friends’ gathering) turned into an extremely disappointing experience. The rooms lack smart TVs, the old TVs sometimes work and sometimes don’t, and when I wanted to watch a movie in the middle of the night I was blocked. What bothered me more than the outdated setup was the lack of courtesy from some staff, especially a blonde woman who was so rude and disrespectful that I didn’t even bother to ask her name. Her attitude was so shocking that even the presence of the owners nearby didn’t stop her. One incident was the refusal to give me a receipt at the time of payment, as if she were teaching me what should or shouldn’t be a receipt. After that treatment, I can say with certainty that neither I nor any of my other four friends or their families will return. It was truly deplorable for a place that had once had such quality. PS: This was not the behavior of all staff; on the contrary, it was an isolated incident that was amplified by the reactions of those around her while she was present, and by the people behind her who were also demanding.
