The location of this hotel is great, but unfortunately, the thin walls made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. It's a shame, because the location is really the only redeeming quality of this hotel.

I was blown away by how well this place had everything covered. The hot tub was a lifesaver after a long day of skiing, and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. The staff were super helpful, and we even rented some Christmas DVDs to get into the holiday spirit. The pool was a decent size, and it was awesome to be able to swim indoors and out in the winter, plus enjoy the hot tub outside while staying warm. They even offered freebies like ice cream and soup, which were a nice touch.

The suite was a real highlight, but the extra charges for late check-in and check-out were a bit of a nuisance. Sometimes the room service took ages to arrive, and once I started watching a movie, the doors would lock and I'd be stuck in there until it finished. To top it off, they didn't even provide extra toilet paper in the bathroom. Still, the suite itself was worth it.

We were really looking forward to a relaxing family vacation, and this place delivered in terms of cleanliness and space. The only bummer was that our initial room was freezing cold, with the AC blasting away at 53 degrees. We had to call the front desk multiple times to get them to take us seriously, and even then, it took a while to get it sorted out. Thankfully, they eventually switched us to a new room, and we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay without any issues.

Everything about this place was top-notch, except for the staff during the day. The two people we interacted with on our last day were pretty unfriendly, which was a shame because we loved everything else about the place. Maybe it's just a California girl thing, but we're hoping they'll be more welcoming next time we visit. The location and amenities were great, and we're already planning our next trip.
