“Deixou as hóspedes na rua!”
Nothing to say positively. The local staff were irresponsible; around 5 p.m. I sent a message through the app saying I was heading there to check in and asked for a reference point, but no one replied. When I arrived with my daughter we spent about five minutes on the intercom with no one answering, and I called the phone three times with no response. We felt scared because an abandoned house in front of the inn had homeless people making a fire, and men who looked like drug users passed by us, frightening a woman and a teenager. Luckily there was a hotel almost next door and we went there. From the hotel window I watched homeless people enter and leave the abandoned house all night, took photos and videos, and to this day the app message remains unanswered – total disrespect.
