The location is excellent. The ocean view from the balcony was amazing. Breakfast was fairly good. The staff were very cooperative and courteous. Check‑in and billing checkout was a breeze. You need to improve the food quality, especially look deep into your kitchen’s cleanliness. I found hair in my food twice during breakfast; I could have raised an issue at the restaurant, but I didn’t because it would have embarrassed the serving staff, who were doing a very neat and polite job. Please take care of this cleanliness issue.

“Terrible”

The staff were crass and unaccommodating, the food was mediocre and outrageously overpriced, and the location was good but the room allocation process was extremely unfair. The so‑called “King premium suite” had royal fungus growing all over it and was a health hazard. The air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night because of repeated power cuts. The recreational activities were either closed for common use or constantly occupied by one inconsiderate group.

The sea view was great, but the room didn’t have fans. On the 20th we had dinner in the hotel room, ordered from the hotel, and the staff picked up the plates but left them outside the room all night; no one came to pick them up until 12:00 pm. Because your location is beautiful and far from the city, you should offer free breakfast for drivers who come with us, since the hotel was quite empty. We had to pay 658 rs for breakfast with GST. The next day we had to send him down somewhere else. Your GST is quite high compared to the food bill. Please join hands with other hotel resorts and set up signboards and street lights for public safety, as it’s too dangerous at night.
