I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, appreciating the cleanliness and friendly staff. However, I did notice that the sound insulation between rooms could use some improvement, as I could hear noise from neighboring guests. This was the only drawback I encountered during my stay. Overall, it was a comfortable experience.

I was impressed by the hotel's friendly staff, who made our stay with children smooth and hassle-free. They accommodated our requests and ensured we had a comfortable room. The in-room facilities were modern and clean, and although the hotel doesn't have an on-site bath, there was a convenient nearby hot spring. However, I did find that the local area was quiet in the evenings, and the downstairs cafe had limited hours, which made meal planning a bit tricky.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which boasts a fantastic location, comfortable beds, and excellent amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting me with booking my next accommodation. Although I would have loved to have had breakfast at the downstairs cafe, unfortunately, it wasn't open in the mornings. Despite this, I would highly recommend this hotel for those looking to explore the national park.
