We asked to change rooms because the one offered was tiny with a wall-facing window. The replacement room was great. The young man who welcomed us was very friendly, but the morning cook spoke only Albanian, making communication hard. Breakfast was average. The hotel had parking and a pool and was well‑located.

The place looked nice and the pool was a pleasant bonus, though the room was small. The staff were friendly, the bathroom was good, and the breakfast was decent. The attic room only had two tiny windows, so it felt a bit stuffy.

The pool was a wonderful addition; we didn't plan to use it, but the warmth made us spend afternoons there with the kids, recharging us for dinner and a stroll in town. The staff were nice. However, the gym was filthy, so we couldn't use it. The room’s AC leaked water, requiring a catch‑tray that looked unappealing. The closet was too small for a family of four, which would be problematic for longer stays, though we didn’t stay long enough to notice.

The location in the historic village was perfect, and the staff welcomed us with a bottle of water. The hotel décor and the bed were very comfortable. The only downside was the limited parking space.
