The friendliness stood out, but the center looks a bit ugly because of the type of people.

The site looks very unsafe to arrive or move around at night; I saw many homeless on the street, so I didn’t stay there because I had a small child and it was scary—sad about the location.

The restaurant food was good and the staff were attentive. We found cockroaches in the room, so the cleaning or fumigation needs improvement to prevent future occurrences; the outside of the hotel looks fine, which is outside the hotel’s responsibility.

The location is poor, a low‑quality hotel. There are many street people around, and I’m grateful I didn’t stay. It’s not a place for people who don’t know the city.
