In this hotel you really feel like a guest, which is increasingly rare. The entire staff is very friendly and immediately helps with questions. We even received a free AI upgrade for the last three days without asking. Great, thanks again! Our daughter loved the little cats that could be petted around the property; she’s already eager to come back. There are pools everywhere and the Aegean right by the hotel is gorgeous. We saw small fish while snorkeling. The food is especially noteworthy—abundant and excellent, and we looked forward to it every day. Thanks to the whole kitchen and diligent service crew. There were always enough tables, so no scramble for a seat, which was important to us. We liked everything! If anything, the hotel is a bit off the beaten path for pedestrians, but a bus runs hourly, for example, to Kos, so it works.

The staff were very helpful, especially Christiana in Guest Relations who did an excellent job. Our room with the swim‑up pool was positioned so we had no sun all day and couldn’t use the private deck at all.

Perfect for a wheelchair holiday. The hotel, rooms and grounds were very clean, the staff extremely friendly and accommodating. The somewhat remote location is fine for us. The food was very good. The beach section was super cool, small, clean and not crowded. In the wheelchair‑accessible room a barrier‑free entrance to the balcony/garden would be useful so it’s fully wheelchair‑friendly. With such a large main restaurant, I would have liked a separate family area.

The facilities were wonderful, the staff extremely friendly, the food great, everything well organized, the activities fun, the cocktails of very high quality, and the many pools distributed guests adequately—absolutely a marvelous experience! I only had five days to stay.
