Cleaning was continuous and impeccable, and the proximity to the airport was convenient. Customer attention was extreme (special thanks to our guest assistant Ahmed Ismail). High‑level diving and non‑intrusive entertainment were present. The oriental restaurant (safra à la carte) and the quiet bay with a gradual sea entrance and coral reef accessible from both shore and pier were highlights. The main buffet restaurant offered variety but felt a bit repetitive; the BBQ raised the resort’s quality.

Das Hotel kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die Lage, das Riff, das Personal, der Strand, der Pool, die Sauberkeit - alles top. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Gerichten. Für uns war es das erste Mal All-Inclusive. Hier geht man auf Nummer sicher

The resort was fantastic, very clean, and the sea‑view room was stunning. The staff were very friendly and the buffet food excellent—highly recommended. Unfortunately, the staff did not speak Italian, especially at reception.
