The neighborhood was quiet and the bedding was adequate, but the house was almost uninhabitable. The electrical wiring was exposed and needed rewiring, the appliances were outdated, the furniture was worn and patched up, and a broken mirror was in the hallway. We waited almost an hour for check‑in only to find that only one room was ready.
