The location was great and the staff were friendly. The room looked outdated; the pillows on the bed were flat and offered little support, especially the flimsy ones underneath. There also seemed to be water damage on the ceiling near the shower, raising concerns about the room’s condition and upkeep. The shower was problematic, with the water randomly stopping for a few seconds before resuming at a scalding hot temperature. Moreover, the balcony door had been left unlocked after housekeeping, which was worrying given the limited separation between my balcony and the neighboring room. The divider was a small metal partition with a big gap underneath, making it easy for someone to squeeze through from the adjacent balcony, which raised legitimate safety and security concerns.
