The room was spacious, refreshed daily, with comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and smiling, helpful, and the breakfast was hearty and good. The hotel is a bit off‑center, 15 minutes to the main square, which isn’t long but doesn’t account for the climb to 3400 m altitude. Two of the four nights we had no hot water, which apparently is common in Cusco.

Cleanliness, organization, and breakfast were excellent. I highlight the receptionist Elizabeth’s service – always attentive, helpful, and ready to assist. Her welcome made a big difference in my stay. The shower sometimes lacked hot water.
