Arriving at 10 pm, the hotel manager at reception told us no rooms were left and that other guests were in the same predicament; our questions were ignored and we were left stranded. He told us to cancel the booking, so I had to find another nearby hotel for the night. The hotel has also not responded promptly to my refund inquiries.

The only good thing was the location and the parking. Everything else was a disaster: the place was filthy, the staff were foreigners with no hospitality, and the lobby smelled awful. It’s a great spot but the hotel needs a serious upgrade before I’d book again.
