The rooms are functional, a bit boring but clean, and the staff were very friendly. My room was a bit outside at the parking lot, not so nicely located. I had to eat outside for my birthday party 😅.
Pete and his crew went above and beyond to keep us comfy; the place is charming, the restaurant food is solid, and they’ll even cook something off the menu—like that amazing Oryx steak I had twice. It’s not ultra‑modern, but it’s pretty affordable compared to other spots in Namibia. Everything was great.
“Kann man nehmen”
Der Vermieter war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Sehr schöne Dusche mit gutem Druck. Das Zimmer ist nachts zu hell. Man hört die halbe Nacht Hähne krähen. In unserem Zimmer war die Arbeit im der Küche zu hören. Pizza sollte man nicht essen, alles andere hat gut geschmeckt. Pool ist nicht sauber

The guesthouse was basically a faded glory. The owner passed me and I said hi but he said nothing back, then suddenly heard we were staying 2 nights and we got an 'upgrade' room. The owner was too present for our standards. We also got info from him that wasn’t correct. This is our modest opinion.
“Excellent value for money.”
The spot is central and budget‑friendly, with owners who are warm and welcoming. Portions were huge and the food was amazing, while the staff kept things professional. Nothing to complain about.
