The rooms were spacious and the decor was great, but I wish the shower had been better; the bathtub was too high for my age.

The location and sheets were good, yet we spent two nights without hot water and no one offered an apology or solution until it was eventually fixed. Out of the four nights, two lacked hot water.

All staff are truly friendly and helpful, the beds are comfortable, the location is perfect (very pleasant neighborhood and close to a metro station), and the breakfasts are good; nothing to complain about.
