The staff’s manners were very polite and excellent. I stayed for a birthday trip, and the hotel surprised me with a cake and drinks—what a pleasant experience! The only disappointment was that the temperature of the cold bath in the large pool was a bit high.

The welcome by the driver moved me, and the staff’s service was wonderful, letting me enjoy two days comfortably. It was a bit disappointing to find a partially finished bottled drink in the freezer of the fridge.
