We stayed at this guest house in Phetchanun and it was a huge disappointment. The room cost 2057.09 baht (incl. tax) but the amenities and service were far below what we expected. When we arrived the host was not there and the phone number listed was wrong. A host from a nearby property helped us contact the owner, but communication was tough because the host could not speak or understand even basic English. The room had no Wi‑Fi, no dinner service, no hangers, only two water bottles, two packets of instant coffee, and a kettle. Dinner options were overpriced and we had to pay an extra 20 baht for delivery because the host had to order elsewhere. The water basin leaked, the toilet was too small, and insects swarmed at night. The host was unavailable throughout our stay and even after checkout, and the only contact was via the Line app. I would advise potential guests to think carefully before booking, as for the price we could have found a better homestay with breakfast, dinner, and free Wi‑Fi. I do not recommend this guest house to tourists.
