The location is great, the bed is comfortable, and the view from the window is lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the building entry system was simple with no extra codes. The room had a horrible, persistent sewage smell that didn’t go away during the two‑night stay. The stairs to the room and bathroom were very narrow and dangerous, and the bathroom itself was tiny—so small that the shower flooded the whole room.
“Soluzione economica di bassa qualità”
The location is extremely central. The room was tiny and smelled terrible inside. The spiral staircase to reach the floor was dangerous. The bathroom emitted a sewer smell. We left the room after the first night.
The location was spot‑on. The only downside was that there were no towels, just paper cloths.
“Can I just live here? Excellent stay in Siena.”
The front desk staff were welcoming and informative. The room was modern, charming, and extremely comfortable. The location is unbeatable.
The spot is super central, perfect for exploring Piazza del Campo even at night or at dawn when the crowds thin out. The room was tiny, but it had everything needed; however, soundproofing was weak, so I could clearly hear the neighbor’s snoring from the adjacent room, which isn’t ideal for people with disabilities because there’s no elevator, or for light sleepers.
