The location was great, on a very pretty and quiet beach, and the breakfast was excellent.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of good options, and one of the meals I had at the Bar included a delicious toast; the view was gorgeous. Unfortunately, the rooms lacked proper soundproofing, and I could hear noises from neighboring rooms. During the first room setup, the lower sheet wasn’t stretched; they only pulled the top sheet and folded the others. The floor wasn’t cleaned properly, as there were still hairs left in the room. The shower didn’t hold securely on the holder, so we couldn’t use it as intended. The bathroom door didn’t seal well, letting water escape. The spa access WC doors had a very strong spring, and when I closed them I caught my hand, which didn’t break anything but left it swollen and still sore today. The staff knew about this and, upon request, gave me ice, but they never followed up to check my condition, even though I mentioned that I would contact insurance if there were any other damage. It would have been minimal, just a contact of concern from your side. The massage prices are excessively high, and if two people were to have one simultaneously, the price should be lower.

The location, ocean view, and room cleanliness were great. The dining service, however, offered limited choices and the wait times were extremely long.
