The setting was gorgeous, cozy, and clean—perfect for Hobbit and Lord of the Rings fans. There was nothing we didn’t like; it matched the description and was lovely.

Modern comforts include a kitchenette, private bathroom, work desk, TV, sofa, and free toiletries. Wi‑Fi is complimentary. The property lies 16 km from Heaton Park, 18 km from King George’s Hall, 45 km from Manchester Airport, and near AO Arena and Chetham’s Library.

The entire experience was fantastic: the location was peaceful and calm, the Edenfield project is amazing, and the hobbit house was charming and a pleasure to stay in. There was nothing to dislike.

I loved all the Lord of the Rings décor, the chickens, and everything else you could need; the host was responsive and the vibe felt worlds away, even though it’s close to a main road and you wouldn’t notice. I can’t think of any negatives, though a guide on the chickens would be nice.

The Hobbit House was amazing, with a fantastic jacuzzi and fresh eggs each morning; the surroundings were great and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys a different, relaxing outdoor experience. Nothing else to add.
