The location was excellent, and the host was very kind and helpful. Our room was spacious and came with a well-equipped kitchen. The sofa bed, while fairly comfortable, could use a refresh.

“Oasi”

Parking inside was very convenient in a difficult area. The door‑opening system was awkward, the mattress was poor quality, there was no bidet towel, toilet paper was measured, the shower gel was a precise dose, and the TV was mounted high on the side of the bed and not viewable; overall everything felt a bit lacking and makeshift.

The property is new, tidy, and clean with a nice shower. It’s easy to reach and offers free parking.

“Si trova decisamente di meglio”

The place is in a good spot and has parking. The room was small and uncomfortable, lacking a fridge. The air‑con was a portable unit with a hose sticking out the window, and it was noisy; when you turned it off the room got hot again because you had to keep the window open. They could at least give a mosquito net for the outlet… Cleaning was superficial; the bathroom looked like it was only wiped with a damp cloth (especially the toilet, unacceptable), the shower had soap residue on the doors, probably from a previous guest… A third towel would be appreciated, since the hand towel supplied isn’t a towel but a cloth. The bed sheets weren’t 100 % cotton or good quality; they were probably recycled and I found them stained with blue.
