Two genuinely large rooms—one open‑plan and the other separated from the bedroom by sliding doors—plus a fully equipped and spotless kitchen and bathroom. The garden is huge, complete with a lounge set, a swing, flowers and vines, and there’s a parking spot right in the yard. A lake with a guarded beach and an outdoor gym is a 15‑minute walk away, and a restaurant with tasty food is just a 5‑minute stroll. The owners are very friendly. Allergy‑friendly note: a very well‑behaved dog and a cat with three kittens live in the garden (as of September 2026); the daughter was thrilled.
