The area was quiet and peaceful, but the room was very small and lacked wardrobes.

The location was nice, in a quiet neighborhood with a bus stop right outside and the metro within walking distance; the small kitchenette was very handy and practical. The rooms were noisy, hearing other guests and the metro rumbling below; additionally, our room was very bright despite the blinds, because the building had bright street lamps outside.

The hotel’s location near the tube and shops is convenient, a 10‑12 minute walk to Hampstead Heath. The bed is a small double, fine for one but a bit tight for two. If you have mobility issues, stay on the ground floor because there’s no lift.

Smooth check‑in, great spot close to the Tube, and a huge smart TV that felt like a mini theatre. We could leave our bags after check‑out for free. The room was much smaller than the photos showed, a cramped corner room with barely enough room to open luggage. The AC was a problem – it stayed hot even at the lowest setting and with a fan on; opening the windows helped a bit but didn’t solve it.
