The home is in the center, so it’s convenient to travel to tourist spots, and the staff are friendly. I booked four rooms, but two of them leaked water, soaking the mattresses, and the two‑bedroom room had a bad smell. I tried opening the door to vent the odor, but as soon as I closed it, the smell returned. The home was fully booked that night, so there were no rooms to change into. The home couldn’t find a comparable hotel for a transfer, so we had to find another place at night, and the home refunded the two rooms. We were lucky to find a room, but we were still a bit upset about this kind of incident.
