Check‑in and check‑out were a snap—almost no time spent at either point. The staff was efficient and the room key holder had useful details like the room number, Wi‑Fi password, and breakfast hours. In the lobby, a sheet listed several restaurants. Everything else ran without issue. One note: a few Canadian (French) TV channels would be nice, but that’s just a suggestion, not a gripe.

The spot’s spot on—just 15 minutes from BGR airport, which was handy since we landed late. Getting there was a breeze and there’s parking right outside. The front desk was friendly and the check‑in went smoothly. Breakfast hit the mark; the waffle iron was a nice touch and the juice machine was well stocked. All in all, a quick stay that worked for us.

Breakfast was good. The attendant was super. Office staff was good. I like the location. I like having coffee/tea available 24/7. The last few days, no coffee. Guess coffee maker wasn't working. I do like the idea the breakfast room is open and can be used during the day. I did not like the room. It was small and cramped. I had asked for a king size, first floor room, but did not get it. I don't understand why hotels don't clean the rooms for visitors on a regular basis, unless you ask. I hate to ask, even every other day would be better. We left towels outside our door to be picked up, but they didn't leave any fresh ones. Also had to ask for toilet paper at the desk
