The hotel has a beautiful view, the service is extremely friendly, and it feels like a mountain lodge but on a larger scale. The menu options are limited.

The staff and restaurant servers were pleasant; the rooms were very cozy with TV (great if the weather is bad), the breakfasts were tasty, the views were fantastic, and the swing offered a surreal view. I’ve been here before, second time! The only downside might be the lack of plain bread at breakfast; only strange long thin rolls are available.

The location was wonderful, the food was tasty, and the staff were friendly. It was impossible to communicate in English with anyone except the reception, which isn’t something that is impossible to overcome these days.

What really sets this hotel apart is its location—stunning views and easy access to many hiking trails—while the interior feels simple, clean and tidy like a mountain lodge. Guests can eat and relax outdoors, pets are welcome, and everything from check‑in to checkout can be done electronically with card payments accepted everywhere. The breakfasts tasted good but were a bit repetitive, and if you stay longer than three days the limited variety might become an issue.

The untouched nature of the Krkonoše Mountains is presented in its purest form. The position is excellent for mountain or bike hikes, unless you mind the extreme elevation. The accommodation is great, except on Štumpovce where the beds are very firm. The restaurant and breakfast are fine, and the staff are very friendly. The beds are hard and the lights on the terrace shine into the windows all night. Parking is a bit unclear, and without the possibility to park the stay loses all meaning; the elevation is extreme, only suitable for a pilgrim without luggage.
