I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel again, having had a good experience here last year. But this time around, I was charged an extra 500 for early check-in, which wasn't ideal. The room wasn't as clean as I remembered, and the bed sheets and blankets had a weird smell. Overall, it was a bit of a letdown compared to my previous stay.

Room service was alright, but that's about where it ended. The place was pretty grimy everywhere and the staff seemed a bit unprofessional - they even called me twice for no real reason.

We only ended up staying here one night because it was already late, otherwise we would've kept looking. The place has some major issues - it smells bad, it's dirty, and the bathroom has no water in the cistern so you have to fetch buckets of water. They also asked for our phone to do a review on their own, which felt a bit off. And to top it off, they don't accept card payments.
