The place earns its low rating because it’s truly dingy and dirty, which is why I’d give it only 4.0/10.

The managers are genuinely friendly and accommodating, and the hotel is very comfortable and close to the beach, so I’d rate it 9.0/10.

The spot was great for fishing, but the bed linens and towels left something to be desired, giving it a 7.0/10.
