“Amazing stay”
The area was gorgeous. Staff was very sincere and helpful. No AC, so it does get a little warm in the villa during the day. Some foreigners may not like the heat. I was comfortable though.
This hotel is an absolute 10/10. No notes. We enjoyed every second of our stay. We stayed in a room with a private outdoor pool and can confirm that the rooms look as nice as advertised. There are many animals on the grounds and there's a lot to discover all around the hotel. The bigger common pool area is also lovely. The views regarding the surrounding areas are fantastic too and the food served in their restaurant is delicious. Everyone working here is kind and helpful in every way imaginable. I highly recommend this hotel. Would always return for another stay. Nothing else to add.

The staff, setting, restaurant, facilities, and the villas we stayed in were all wonderful, giving us a peaceful, completely unplugged retreat that made us sad to leave and the workers took great care of us, although a few things could be improved for a perfect 10: the Wi‑Fi was spotty in parts of the estate, the extra bed in our three‑person villa was punctured and kept deflating, and maintenance was a bit lacking—we asked for a leaking bathroom faucet to be fixed but it remained unrepaired after we left; despite these issues I would definitely stay again, and I’m only mentioning them constructively.

Hizo d nuestra estadía un momento tranquilo, acogedor y muy tranquilo. Estuvo siempre muy atento. Si desean sentirse muy bn atendidos, Andrés es el indicado…. Totalmente recomendadisimo
