The overall service needs a lot of improvement, especially at the reception and kitchen.

Breakfast is good and the location is also fine. We had several issues that really spoiled our stay. The air‑conditioner in our room and the one on the floor below made so much noise that it was almost impossible to sleep with the units on. There was also a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the air‑conditioner when it was turned on. The pillows were very thin and uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep; there was only one pillow per person, so I had to improvise by putting a blanket underneath to get a minimal height. Only one bath towel was provided, even though the reservation was for two people.

The breakfast was great and the parking lot was large with plenty of spots – a solid hotel overall. It does feel a bit old‑fashioned, and the air conditioning in my room didn’t cool as much as I’d liked, but those were tiny issues compared to the positives.

The place is well situated. The room looked clean at first glance, yet I discovered three cockroaches inside, the minibar was dead, and the water I drank late at night was warm.
