“Stellar host, barefoot walks to the beach, over-water dining close by!”
Our host, Manos, made our trip unforgettable by providing a spur-of-the-moment sit-down conversation to go over our itinerary over coffee. His colleague called a rental car company for us and before our itinerary conversation was over, the car was there! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had an impressive variety-fresh squeezed OJ, coffee, water, bread basket, croissants, your choice of fruit and granola, omelette, ham and eggs, or spinach pie. And best of all, we had access to their hillside sister property Mystic which has an incredible double infinity pool overlooking the Aegean Sea and Antiparos, especially great at sunset! We also loved that we could literally walk out from our accommodations in a bathing suit without shoes and cross the tiny street and immediately jump in the water. The quiet little beach town is surprisingly lively at night over by the restaurants! So for a one night stay, you’ll be happy with the beach access and restaurants. But if you’re staying more than one night I recommend renting a car to be able to enjoy everything Paros and Antiparos have to offer. Our car was only 50 euros a day all inclusive!
