Saphir Resort & Spa

“Die Hotelanlage war einfach super und die Personal war einfach sehr nett. Essen war sehr gut. Es ist wirklich Entscheidu”

I'm still trying to wrap my head around how perfect this place was. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and well-maintained, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. But here's the thing - it was almost too perfect. There wasn't a single thing that I could complain about, which made it feel a bit surreal. I mean, where do you even start when everything is just super?

“Un adevărat concediu”

The hotel's breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety of options and a super friendly staff. What really made it stand out, though, was the sheer number of adorable cats roaming around - all shapes and sizes, and ages too. It was a real treat to see them all. Unfortunately, the evening entertainment on Saturday was a different story - the performance was so loud and chaotic that it scared all the cats in the hotel, which was a bit of a disaster.

“Teleurgesteld”

We'd been to this place before and had an amazing time, but this year was a total letdown. The food, hotel, and entertainment were all subpar. Luckily, we only booked for three nights, which was just as well because it was overpriced for what we got. We were one of three families who were all disappointed, and it's definitely the last time we'll be coming back.

The hotel's ocean view room was a real highlight, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by the chaos that ensued when we arrived. It turned out the hotel was overbooked, and we were relocated to a different hotel for two nights - not exactly what we had in mind for our stay. On the bright side, we did receive some nice room upgrades as a gesture of goodwill, which softened the blow a bit. Still, it was a bit of a bummer that we didn't get to enjoy the hotel's amenities as planned.

“Bene. Bu kere. Coooook kötü bir. Oda verdiler ….,tüm. Otelin klimaları sanki bizim odanın içinde idi heeeec beyenmedim”

I've stayed here six times over the years, and everything's always been normal. except for this time, when it wasn't. The location by the sea is lovely, but this visit was marred by screaming kids everywhere - it felt like a kids' playground. I wasn't impressed.
