“Very good hotel, good staff.”
The receptionist was a very kind young student who helped us a lot. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Very good location. The pillows were uncomfortable.

Los recepcionistas atendieron espectacular. El hotel es muy bueno, la ubicación excelente y la habitación y el aseo, muy bien. El tema fue con el desayuno. Teníamos un tour temprano y quisimos pedir una colación para llevar, pero no fue posible porque el desayuno comienza a las 7:30 y, aunque esté listo antes, no permiten sacar nada. Esperamos desde las 7.15 hasta las 7:30, con nuestro chofer de taxi nervioso y molesto por la espera. Llegada la hora, la persona que nos atendió no nos dejó llevar ni siquiera un trozo de queque, a pesar de que habíamos pagado todos nuestros desayunos. Se preocupó más de anotar nuestras habitaciones que de darnos una solución, y la atención fue rígida y de mal humor. Finalmente salimos con un trozo de queque y las otras dos personas que iban con nosotros se fueron sin nada. Al día siguiente, su compañero nos atendió de muy buena forma y sin tanta estructura, lo que demuestra que sí se puede. Sugiero que la administración contemple una colación para los huéspedes que salen temprano a excursiones, ya que el desayuno está incluido, sobre todo cuando es el mismo hotel el que promociona muy bien los tours, asi facilitan la estancia a los huéspedes

Convenient location. The hotel - despite being non-smoking- was smelling of cigarettes everywhere. Impossible to ventilate. Staff extremely unpolite
