The room met my needs, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful and varied; however, the room wasn’t very large and there was some street noise, though it’s downtown and I didn’t pay much attention to the surroundings.

I’m not sure if I liked anything at all! The booking was complicated, 90% of the photos showed a renovated 4‑star section, but the “superior” rooms were still 4‑star and the reality was disappointing: worn mattresses, thin towels, non‑cotton sheets, a tiny TV with few channels, old noisy AC, and a very dirty carpet. Parking cost 8 € and the restaurant prices were huge, not 4‑star level. The receptionist had a superior attitude and gave bad directions to the parking, which was poorly marked and positioned—important if you arrive late and exhausted.

The reception gave us a room that was worse than what we had booked, and we had to argue for a long time to prove that we had reserved a superior room. Eventually we got the correct room, but after that they stopped speaking to us.
