The location was good, and the bathroom was spacious and tidy. However, the check‑in was awful—we waited outside for 1.5 hours because the host’s app didn’t work and no one let us in. The kitchen had no fridge and was shared with other residents. The stove was banned, the lift didn’t work, and there was no sound insulation.

The room was clean and liked, but the building’s façade disappointed me; there was no elevator, the stove and kitchen were unusable, and everything seemed to incur fines or extra charges. The check‑in and check‑out process was very slow and difficult, and the staff should make it more guest‑friendly. The dish‑drying cloths were broken and dirty.

It’s in a very central spot right in the old town, a solid base for exploring the city. Nearby are good, cheap taverns. At night it gets very loud, but that’s to be expected in the heart of the old town.
