We spent a whole week here. The place is brand‑new and spotless, but what really stood out was how friendly and helpful everyone was. The front desk team went out of their way to assist us with everything. I’d give it a solid 10/10. A quick walk out the left side of the hotel takes you to a tiny spot that serves authentic northeastern dishes – the staff there are warm and the food is genuinely tasty.
