The breakfast was wonderful and the spot right on the beach was fantastic.

The staff were friendly and we had access to a clean, beautiful beach and a beach garden restaurant, yet our family holiday at Hotel Sea Trails, Bentota, was ruined by an appalling lack of management and a total disregard for guest safety and comfort. We were subjected to non‑stop, “blast” level music from 10:00 PM until 8:30 AM the next morning, with no intervention from hotel staff to lower the volume or move the party to the beach. We observed guests who appeared to be under the influence of illegal substances, a disturbing sight that compromised the safety of families and children. Throughout the ordeal, there was a complete absence of leadership and no one enforced basic hotel policies, leaving us to handle the chaos ourselves. This was not the relaxing getaway we paid for; it was a nightmare. We demanded a refund for the “damage” and the total loss of our holiday, and until the hotel can provide a safe and quiet environment for families, I strongly advise others to avoid staying here.

Everything was superb—the location, the property, the breakfast, the rooms, the staff—so we loved our stay at Sea Trails Bentota and the beach access almost felt like a private beach. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the property.

Die Anlage war sauber und das Personal sehr nett, aber die Zimmer waren etwas abgewohnt und es liegt etwas abseits vom Ort. Wir waren im April da und das Baden war nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich aufgrund der starken Wellen.
